Assistant Project Executive

We are looking for candidates for this position in East Malaysia, preferably Sarawak, but open to good candidates that is based in Sabah. Those candidates who are from India, Philippines and Thailand must be able to work from home. Special Requirements:
1. Work hours: 9:15am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), and 9:30am to 1:00pm (Saturday).
2. Able to work from home (for applicants from Sabah & Sarawak, India, Philippines, Thailand ).
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Full responsibilities for specific online store.
2. Will be managing most aspect of that online store including but not limited to:
- Creating sales templates for the e-commerce site.
- Monitoring store performances.
- Managing email responses with customers (mostly in US).
- Updating site statistic, and performance review.
Qualifications:
1. SPM/Diploma holder.
2. Strong communication skills, especially in English.
3. Some experience with web designing (Microsoft FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver).
4. Good understanding of the online world.
5. Proven strong organizational and relationship-building skills, with strong attention to detail, and follow-through.
6. Experienced and comfort working within a small, fast-paced company environment.
7. Experienced in use of technology systems for information sharing and communications externally.
8. Proven ability to remotely manage, support, and motivate people.
